Yes, that is true, but how do you create a small business, where you are the only employee?
The first step is to have a clear, distinct vision, or message that you want to deliver to a specific audience. My audience is anyone who wants to be business owner, and not necessarily an employee, working for the boss. Who wants to take advantage of what business ownership offers. Such as, the possibility of a fast paced revenue growth, tax deductions, using less time to make more money, and providing a family legacy.
Second you must know what products you want to offer.
Next you must know what skills and talents you need to acquire.
Fourth you need to let people know who you are outside of business.
What lights your fire and gives you the passion to push through challenges is what you need next.
Sixth, you need to love to talk about what you want to sell.
Lastly, you need to know what personality you have and what personality are others.
